AUTOMATIC PANIC stands way above the underground world of Electro. He is a triple threat: producer, DJ and remixer. His music is praised and played by heavy hitters such as Justice, Felix Da House Cat and Digitalism. This club hit maker has remixed everyone from MSTRKRFT to Puff Daddy and his track “The Sound” was recently released on SONY Records ONELOVE Compilation, mixed by Junior Sanchez. He is clearly no stranger to the DANCE SCENE but is talented and diverse enough to bridge the gap between pop and dance music. He produces electro pop punk queen, DJ Cat and all of her music. “I’m not POP. I’m just PUNK!” he exclaims. Indeed, his unique style and diverse tastes in music bring a rare sound which is never duplicated. AP is constantly introducing new remixes and new tracks, often his own, into his mixes. However he never forgets his roots bring in a healthy amount of the best tracks of the past and present electro dance rock. The future? Despite a busy studio schedule, 2009 will introduce Automatic Panic’s live show! Teaming up with New Yorker, DJ Cat, the two will embark on a tour sure to wow audiences. ess of DJ Cat NYC secured her first New York club residencies at nightlife impresario Amy Sacco’s Lot 61 and Bungalow 8. This along side Vogue Magazine events, Marc Jacobs soirees, Calvin Klein fashion shows and East Village punk rock bars, put DJ Cat at the forefront of the New York City party scene. She has been featured on NBC TV’s ‘Saturday Night Live’, was named one of NYC’s 10 hottest dj’s, and has also been featured on SONY’S Animax Network in Latin America.

2008 saw Cat hold residencies at New York’s world renowned dance clubs, Mr Blacks and Cielo. Along with her New York City parties, DJ Cat keeps a busy tour schedule. She
has toured the US several times on tours such as Vans Warped, and makes frequent stops overseas. Performing along side artists such as Felix Da Housecat, DJ Cat’s
shows have included Tokyo, Mexico City, Barcelona (Razzmatazz), Madrid (Low Club), Copenhagen, Amsterdam, South America and Australia (OneLove Tour supported by DJs Are Not Rockstars). Cat also has her traveling party called; “DJ Cat’s Pussy
Party”, which features her favorite DJs. This event is an annual party at The Winter Music conference (South Beach, Miami), where special guests have included Sammy Jo (Scissor Sisters Tour DJ), Steve Aoki, Junior Sanchez, and Joost Van Bellen.

DJ Cat not only spins and tours worldwide but she is also an accomplished lyricist, producer and singer. She is currently working with electro punk producer Automatic Panic on her first artist album. The duo’s first release, ‘The Sound’, was featured on Sony BMG’s ‘OneLove; Smash Your Stereo’ compilation mixed by Junior Sanchez. The disc has since achieved gold status. Cat also collaborated with Arthur Baker, penning the lyrics and lending her vocals to ‘Ready to Blow’, and has also remixed bands such as Dangerous Muse, Dragonette, The Sounds and Trail of Dead.

What does the future hold? In 2010 Cat will be relaseing a new EP together with Automatic Panic, while at the same time continuing to bring a new and fresh sound to dance floors worldwide. You can expect to see and hear Cat’s name more and more as she carves her unique
niche on the dance music scene of today and the future.
