Chrysalis Songs stands for a pro active and long term commitment with our songwriters and/or songwriting artists. Throughout our excellent worldwide network we can help a songwriter improve their songs, place their songs with artists or in films/commercials/compilations and/or trying the get a record deal. Next to this we deliver a solid administration and accounting so that a songwriter has all he wants and needs from a good publisher. Our international network is very strong with own Chrysalis offices in the main territories: USA (L.A./Nashville/New York), UK, SCANDINAVIA, GERMANY, BENELUX, FRANCE, SPAIN, ITALY and long term partnerships in the other territories. Furthermore: Chrysalis Songs Benelux has released the Noorderslag/Eurosonic 2010 compilation CD together with Cloud 9 Music.

Chrysalis Songs Benelux is led by General manager: Lucas van Slegtenhorst who has started in the record industry 16 years ago at BMG Records and then climbed up the ladder from Song plugger, Product manager towards A&R manager. In 2000 he moved into the music publishing industry at Warner Chappell Music Holland (responsible for signing WITHIN TEMPTATION a.o.) and from 2002 until now at Chrysalis Music Publishing as General manager, responsible for signing MOKE, KRAAK & SMAAK, LADY LINN AND HER MAGNIFICENT 7 (via V2), ZUCO 103, DE STAAT (via Excelsior recordings), DON DIABLO, JAMMM (KYTEMAN) , YONDERBOI, EMMA HEWITT a.o.
